This unit required manually feeding and unloading of container. Previously filled bottles are manually fed, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, and sealing head is performing perfect operation of capping with uniform torque. The sealing head consist of total four rollers. Two rollers properly Skirts, Spins and Seals the cap and simultaneously another two rollers performs perfect threading according to bottle neck diameter. After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and unload the sealed bottle.

ROPP caps kept in orientation unit automatically orient caps in right direction before entering into delivery chute, bottle pick the cap from delivery chute and bottle is entering below the sealing head, consist of total four rollers. A self supported on stainless steel frame structure with height adjustment system. The machine is constructed on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheetand doors.
